Goal and Purpose Statement
The committee reports on any developments in the above field specifically relevant to IP. Matters relevant in a general commercial sense, i.e. not specifically as a result of an IPR, shall not be reported.
The purpose of the committee is to:
- Monitor IP related developments in the fields of:
- Competition
- Franchising
- Consumer Protection
- Privacy
- Participate in practice and policy issues in these fields that are relevant to the IP profession
