Bursaries are available to qualifying individuals.

University Students

Bursaries are available for LLB and LLM students with a strong interest in Intellectual Property (IP) Law, and are awarded as follows:

Trade Mark Law and/or Copyright Law – Related Bursaries
Patent Law-Related Bursaries

This initiative forms part of SAIIPL’s commitment to affording previously disadvantaged students the opportunity to enter the field of IP Law, and foster the next generation of legal professionals in the specialised fields of Trade Mark, Copyright and Patent law.

PDI junior advocates within 5 years of admission may qualify for discounted rates for SAIIPL Trade Mark Practitioners Examinations
