Purpose statement
The purpose of the education committee is to appoint moderators and examiners who in turn compile syllabuses and provide lectures, examinations and training for candidates who wish to become proficient in trademarks and to qualify as trade mark practitioners in terms of the Institute regulations.
Goals
- To educate IP professionals in South Africa through appropriate and relevant training in trademark law
- Improvement of communication between the students and examiners.
